If by baseline data you mean the grade range:
A+ = 90% - 100%
A = 80% - 89%
A- = 70% - 79%
B+ = 65% - 69%
B = 60% - 64%
C+ = 55% - 59%
C = 50% - 54%
D = 45% - 49%
E = 40% - 44%
G = 0% - 39%
If you mean the data collected each year to determine each grade bar, then I’m not sure about that.
