Can you tell us which semester is she in?
If this is her first semester yes she can drop it subject to school’s approval, must state justifiable reason. Please seek the responsible teacher / guru penolong kanan immediately.
If this is her last semester (third semester) then it is too late already. What she can do is retake the subject if she is not satisfied with her result for this subject.
