Anger can make someone to lose a lot of things such as family, friends and relationship.
Do you think before, why will you angry? Sometimes, anger is just to release the feeling of the dissatisfaction of yourself. Or maybe someone did not achieve what you have expected. For example, Someone you precious forgotten about some special day about you and you will feel angry. Why? Do you think before, it isn’t a necessity for the people to remember about your things.
Maybe the person is just too busy and some reasons made him/her to forget about it. But you still feel angry about it and finally everyone are unhappy with it. Do you think before why you angry? Is it because he/she forgotten about it? Or maybe is you have expected you will be surprised or happy because he/she will be celebrating and giving surprise to you but he/she has disappointed you?
Actually the anger is coming from what you expected didn’t happen. Like you feel angry because you have expected something would happen and feel very excited about it. But it disappointed you and made you feel angry.
Sometimes, people just have to think before get angry, the world will be more peaceful.
