Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with potential and existing customers via emails and online community involvement Gathering market trend and customer information to promote hosting solutions to prospects
New business leads penetration & business opportunity evaluation
Actively get new customers and new sales
Increase the yield per client
Prepare quotations competently.
Process new orders proficiently
Responsible to initiate and conduct outbound calls to qualify clients’ interest
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/“O” Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
At least 12 years working experience in sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role within the IT industry Applicants must be willing to work in Suntech @ Penang Cybercity.
Must be targetoriented, selfstarter and aggressive to achieve the defined targets
Creative thinking outside the box
Excellent telephone skills
Comfortable to make cold / warm calls and establish client relationship via phones
Excellent written and verbal skills, including: listening, negotiation and presentation skills in English, Malay and Chinese
Able to start work in short notice / immediate will be added advantage
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales Corporate or equivalent.
