hello there. Is this the right date for application? its confusing.

This was past year’s Maxis scholarship. For this year, Maxis Scholarship
For Excellence Awards (MSEA) 2016 is not yet opened or not being offered.
In fact, we are not sure if Maxis is no longer offering any scholarship
because last year there was no Maxis scholarship as well.
