5days work (10am-6pm)

1. Account Executive
Job Responsibilities :
Process all suppliers invoices accurately within the given time frame.
Resolve discrepancy/ issue on invoice with suppliers.
Monitor and reconcile suppliers’ aging records with suppliers’ statement.
Compile payment vouchers and documents for signatures.
Assist in payment to suppliers via online banking service.
Assist in preparing month end and year end account closing.
Ensure proper maintenance of account records and filing.
Adhoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a STPM, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications
Required skill(S): Microsoft office and accounting software (Autocount/SQL)
Required language(S): English/Chinese/Cantonese
Preferably 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Good attitude, willing to learn and committed individual.
Required skill(S): Microsoft office and accounting software (Autocount/SQL)
