What skills do I need to be a real estate agent?

Real estate agents need to be personable and presentable, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Real estate agents are often the “middle man” between colleagues and clients. Good communication and negotiation skills are very important, as is a strong sales focus and good organisational skills and attention to detail.
