You can apply any public or private universities in Malaysia or overseas for your degree using your diploma. It really does not matter it is Politeknik Ungku Omar or any other polytechnic because you are just using your diploma result to qualify for your degree application.
Of course different degree courses at each public universities have different minimum requirements on the minimum CGPA of diploma and MUET band. Your results are good for most if not all IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering courses offered at Malaysia universities.
