Where can I get help in precalculus?

Help for precalculus is available on numerous websites and in person at tutorial centers. Websites like Coolmath.com and TheMathPage give topic overviews and examples of how to work specific types of problems. Mathway.com allows people to enter an actual problem and works it out for them.

Tutor.com gives one-on-one help for a fee. Tutorial centers for in-person help differ throughout the country, but most are easy to find. Local college students are good resources for tutoring as well, and they often post their information on bulletin boards around the school. In addition, some colleges match students with tutors or have help labs.

You could also contact your seniors and pay them to teach you. If you’re lucky then yes. You could also check out studymateweb.wordpress.com/tutors/ as most of them teach classes and some of them do so online via video chat.

I personally find studying calculus and precalculus is something you have to just go in and do the questions. Understanding the concepts instead of trying to just ‘solve’ the equations. The equations are usually plug and play, knowing which one to use and where to put in the numbers is easy enough once you know what a formula or an equation does.
