Why should I learn a foreign language?

I was born in a multi-cultural environment, and as of 2016, I have mastered 5 languages. Learning a foreign language is vital, and some reasons why are:

1) Learning a foreign language boosts brain power.
2) A person’s ability to multi-task is developed.
3) The mind becomes keener.
4) Performance in other academic areas is enhanced.
5) Foreign language expands career potentials.

The last one is awfully important. In this growing age of globalization, a foreign language mastery is important. To give you an extra edge in job interviews, make sure learn another language!

Learning a foreign language enables someone to truly become a global citizen. As a global citizen, one would understand and respect the culture, lifestyle and other factors related to this vast world.
